On Site Monitored Systems

Where an on site presence is a necessity (e.g. in retail premises or  where checking of vehicle weights, load contents, destinations, load quality etc), UK Watch Limited have designed systems to give the operator absolute ease of use whilst providing the absolute best coverage to meet the budget. We offer full training to all client staff and have the ability to set up "in house" monitoring stations to observe all required sites within a group. Operators can be trained in handling and acceptance of images and alarms from one or one hundred sites.

Off Site Monitored Systems

Remote (off site) monitoring of CCTV systems fitted by UK Watch Limited is available via our Central Monitoring Station, Cougar Monitoring Ltd, located approximately 1 mile from our head office. Where the current site presence of security staff is restricted to the "closed" hours, this type of system can eliminate the need for manned guards, therefore reducing continual financial outgoings and minimise the chance of an on incident being missed by a none alert guard.

High quality external motion sensors protect both the interior and exterior of your premises, with the system automatically transmitting live CCTV images if an intruder is detected. The receiving station can then either warn the Intruders off with an audio message or inform the Police.

Figures show that when remotely monitored systems have replaced on-site guards, the project has paid for itself within 12 - 24 months.

Latest technology

As with all areas of electronics, the technology in the CCTV market is racing forwards at a break neck pace. The latest and in our opinion the most important evolution is the introduction of Digital Storage devices. This equipment removes the need for daily tape changes required in conventional VCR systems, removes any ongoing wear and tear, allows for immediate access to events, allows images to be transferred by electronic networks and provides a superior playback quality. UK Watch has vast experience  of such devices and was amongst the first to embrace this technological breakthrough, including installation of these devices to major local authorities and Police services.
